Sam Garcia, originally from north Florida has worked in the operations side of commercial real estate since 2014. Sam received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, and previously worked at a full service commercial real estate firm prior to joining our team. Sam brings his valuable knowledge and expertise to our team as our Director of Operations, and overseas the teams’ day-to-day activities, marketing efforts, client communication and deal transaction coordination.
